With a luscious bouquet of peach, strawberry, sour cherry, and a hint of tangerine, this rosé is an elegant refresher that excites the palate. Its flavors of orange peel, nectarine, cherry, raspberry, and pomegranate are delicate and refined, finishing long and lean with an impression of fresh strawberry that lingers on. This is a subtle wine that politely asks for your attention to savor it rather than mute it with heavy, spicy foods. Enjoy it on its own or with salmon sashimi or tempura.

A lightly lemon-hued white wine with pear and papaya on the nose. A touch of citrus blossom, reminiscent of a walk through a California fruit orchard, rounds out the aroma profile. On the palate, dried tree fruit flavors — dried apricot and dried apple — mingle with the fresh fruits of the bouquet. With a long and zingy finish, this is a fabulous sipping wine that will have you dreaming of Spring blossoms.

This wine begins with a lightly scented bouquet of pear, fresh lemon custard, orchard blossoms, and casaba melon. Fermented and briefly aged in stainless steel, it is crisp on the palate, with delicate flavors of lemon-lime, pineapple, and a hint of green apple. Its light body and clean finish feels almost electric dancing across the tongue, lingering until the next sip. A fantastic wine to wake up your palate at the start of your meal, or with appetizers such as a cheese board or oysters.

This subtle, fruit-forward Cabernet Sauvignon opens with notes of blueberry jam and black currants. Anise, cedar, and a hint of fresh cracked black pepper slide in right behind to tie everything together. It is mouthwatering and juicy, with umami character. Its weight is moderate and it has an understated tannic backbone aimed to please. This is a joyful wine, meant to be shared with family and friends.

This Tempranillo has a beautiful crystal-clear garnet hue and reveals delightful earthy tones that add depth and warmth. Fig and redwood bark appear on the bouquet, and on the palate there is dried cranberry and pepper. With its medium body and sturdy tannic structure, it’s a wine that can be enjoyed for years to come. This would pair nicely with a variety of flavors, from crispy tempura to rich, spicy curries.

This elegant and balanced Cabernet Sauvignon has a fruit-driven bouquet with aromas of blackcurrant, sweet black cherry, vanilla bean pods, and anise seed. Its weight and body leave an impression without being imposing, and its velvet tannins give it just the right amount of texture. Flavors of black plum, cedar, smoke, black tea, and a hint of ponzu come in on the finish. This wine can be enjoyed on its own merits or paired with a hearty dish.

A sophisticated Cabernet Sauvignon with a developed bouquet of soy sauce, dried blackcurrant, blackberry reduction, and black licorice, along with a hint of black olive and dried red chili. A wine made for a steak dinner, its full body speaks of blackberry compote with a dash of cedar and sage. There is a touch of smoke, but the use of oak is nice and even-handed. It finishes with supple, mature tannin and a palate-cleansing sensation that begs to be followed with another bite of steak.
